Job
Description:
Þ
Strategy,
lead and implement the overall BTL, Trade and Non-trade marketing, Partnerships
function for the business. Includes planning and execution of all campaigns,
activations, sponsorships and marketing deals.
Þ
Participate
in annual planning with sales and marketing to achieve business outcomes.
Understand the business inputs, customer pain points and design marketing
strategies to win market share.
Þ
Strengthen
the brand presence within the industry and with trade, associations, key
influencer segments. Foster deep relationships with senior leaders and
influencers, build industry knowledge and network strongly in the sector.
Þ
Identity,
onboard and negotiate plans with partners, vendors across India. Get best rates
and value-additions from partners on campaigns.
Þ
Oversee
day-to-day implementation of all campaigns, measure, and report results.
Þ
Conduct
regular market research and report findings, suggest solutions for different
teams/ solve for business problems using market data.
Þ
Marketing
for KAM for top regions working in collaboration with Sales lead of that region
Þ
Must
have done partnerships with associations like CREDAI/ Construction Federation
of India/ Builders Association of India or similar industry bodies.
Experience
Required:
Þ Min
8 years’ experience in Non-trade marketing, BTL, Events marketing in
construction/ real estate/ manufacturing/ MSME or related sectors.
Þ Good
experience in brand planning, media activation, offline campaign development
and execution pan India.
Þ Must
have extensive marketing experience in north, west and south regions
Þ Strong
team player, capable of working with internal and external partners. Has
excellent negotiation skills
Þ Handled
large events, activations and worked with large and small vendors across India.
Þ Adaptable
and willing to learn new techniques.
Þ Excellent
communication skills, fluency in English, Hindi and 1 regional language.
Þ MBA
preferred.
