Summary: Working as part of
Corporate HR Team, you will be responsible for working in the development,
implementation, administration of the following human resource functions for Organisation:
talent acquisition, compensation, benefits, employment relations, equal
employment opportunity, organisational development, learning and development,
engagement and advising management on personnel policy and programs.
This role is a

Key Roles
and Responsibilities:
• Responsible for
all levels of talent acquisition, recruiting, and recruitment programs,
procedures, and plans.
• Build and maintain
network of potential candidates through pro-active market research and ongoing
relationship management; conducts in-depth interviews of potential candidates,
demonstrating ability to anticipate hiring manager preferences through high
offer-to-interview ratios
• Identify, develop,
and implement HR solutions in line with the HR plan, as well as report progress
and achievement of milestones
• Facilitation and
delivery of development programs and initiatives
• Work as a business
partner understanding the business drivers and ensuring HR plays a key role in
the business.
• Provide HR advice
to the business in areas such as employee engagement, learning and development,
comp & ben, succession planning, talent reviews etc.
• Keep up to date
with the latest HR best practice and share learning and inputs with the wider
HR team • Provide coaching and development to other members of the HR team to
enhance the overall capability of the HR function.
• Handle employee
grievances and be the trusted confidant for employees.
Skills and
Experience:
• MBA in Human
Resources or equivalent qualification with minimum 12 years of relevant
experience in the IT Industry with at least 6 years of experience in managing
team.
• Tech recruiting
experience is a MUST.
• Good understanding
of country employment and labor laws
• Exposure to
International hiring will be an added advantage.
• Working knowledge
of Social media recruiting and should be updated with current market trends.
• Leverage
out-of-the-box thinking & explore creative avenues to improve recruitment
processes and attract most promising talent.
• Good interpersonal
skills and strong personality to deal with all different kind of stakeholders.
• Persuasion &
Influencing Skills.
• You need to be a
highly proactive self-starter, extremely organised and thrive in an environment
that is mission-driven, results oriented and team spirited! You must have the
ability to work independently on various projects from conception to completion
and must be able to work under pressure, to manage and work through a variety
of activities and confidential matters with discretion.
• Ability to juggle
multiple tasks and work on stiff deadlines.
• Relentless focus
and commitment to continuous improvement; ability to proactively network and
establish effective working relationships.
• Ability to execute
recruiting strategy, including employer promotion in the marketplace, candidate
management, diversity sourcing, and interview process management. • Excellent
oral and written communication skills.
