Title: Deputy Manager/Manager
Location: Mumbai

Reporting To: Regional Lead
Job Details/ Job Responsibility:
• Should
have the ability to build and sustain relationships to promote member
engagement with ORGANISATION
•
Develop trusted relationships with the CXOs of the organizations, build
trust by providing a consistent and reliable experience for the members. Build
a thorough understanding of key member needs and requirements.
•
Acquiring new members in the Region.
•
Conceptualize Small/Medium/large engagement and ensure execution of
those engagements – Involves working with speakers, sponsors, delegates etc.
• Expand
the relationships with existing members by continuously proposing solutions
that meet their objectives and evangelize them about ORGANISATION products and
services.
•
Helping new companies to set up work in India by providing them details about
the industry, talent, landscape etc. Connect them to the relevant authorities
& consultants that will help them in the journey.
• Keep ORGANISATION
senior leadership apprised to the member company structure, what each company
is doing, and planning to do strategically, role played by different leaders in
each company.
• Build
good understanding of the technology and services industry and its growth path
going ahead.
Knowledge, Skills, Qualifications, Experience:
• 9-13
years of prior experience in technology, Sales and/or consulting
•
Ability to build and sustain relationships to promote member engagement
with ORGANISATION
•
Ability to Research and identify new prospects, Market intelligence
capabilities
•
Knowledge of effective use of LinkedIn & other social engines.
•
Excellent people management skills along with effective presentation
skills. Ability to start and develop professional relationships with senior
level executives
• Good
understanding of Tech Ecosystem – IT/ITeS/MNCs in Tech Industry, Emerging
Trends in the industry.
• Strong
writing, speaking, and listening communication skills in English.
•
Preferably an MBA/Master’s degree in technology and/or business
management
