Job Title: Lead Engineer (Principal RF Test Development)
Location: Bristol
Job Summary:
v We have an exciting opportunity for an onsite Principal RF Test
Development Lead Engineer to join our Test Equipment Engineering (TEE)
directorate in UK. TEE is a multi-discipline organization responsible for
developing test solutions for all Raytheon products. Typical work involves
designing interface assemblies, selection and integration with test instruments
and environments, to develop a test system for all Raytheon products including
both lab engineering and factory production test systems.
v As a Principal RF Test Development Lead Engineer, you will lead the
efforts of designing test system architectures, as well as lead a test
engineering team through the Integration, Validation and Verification of the
test systems to be released into production. You will contribute to the
completion of all stages of test product development and will be responsible
for helping to maintain the technical, cost and schedule aspects of your
assigned projects and uncover and resolve issues associated with the development
and implementation of test products.
v Lead the design, integration, verification, and validation of production
test solutions for RF modules, RF CCAs, antenna subassemblies as well as power
supplies/computing subassemblies.
v Collaborate with cross functional teams to deploy test solutions that
meet technical and production test needs.
v Resolve all technical issues and lead technical troubleshooting efforts
while working with cross functional teams to meet deployment deadlines and
production milestones.
Basic Qualifications:
· Typically requires a bachelor’s in science, Technology, Engineering, or
Mathematics (STEM) and a minimum of eight (10) years of prior relevant
experience.
· Experience with RF and microwave circuits and digital assemblies.
· Experience with a variety of RF/MW test platforms, RF test methods,
transceiver architectures, measurements with test equipment and statistical
analysis.
· Experience in the production test of RF/Microwave modules for complex
leading-edge electronics products.
· Technical knowledge of RF PWBs layout.
· ADS or RF modeling tools, knowledge of digital and analog circuitry.
· Experience with Project, or equivalent project tracking tools.
· Strong communication and presentation skills
