Title: Product Owner/ Product Manager/ Product Director

Location: Bangalore/NCR

 

Key Responsibilities

🧭 Product Strategy & Roadmap

• Contribute to the product vision and strategy aligned with company goals.
• Identify market trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies to guide long-term innovation.
• Build and maintain detailed product roadmaps, aligning with business objectives and customer needs.

🛠 Product Development & Delivery

• Translate high-level ideas into actionable requirements (PRDs, user stories, wireframes).
• Work closely with Engineering, UX and QA to define sprints, prioritize backlogs, and ensure timely product delivery. 
• Define and maintain the Product Certification Matrix — covering supported Cameras, hardware, edge devices, OS, browsers, cloud platforms, compliance standards (ONVIF, NDAA, etc.), and performance benchmarks.
• Work closely with the documentation team to ensure delivery of user manuals, configuration guides, API docs, release notes, and FAQs.

•  Drive product release planning:

o   Define upgrade paths and versioning

o   Ensure internal sales and support enablement

o   Conduct release readiness reviews and retrospectives

     Customer & Market Focus

• Represent the voice of the customer across internal teams, driving customer-centric design and features.
• Partner with sales, marketing, and pre-sales teams to support go-to-market plans, demos, and training.

ð      Product Performance & Optimization

• Define KPIs and track product performance using analytics tools.
• Identify gaps, inefficiencies, or bugs and work toward continuous product improvement.
• Define pricing, licensing models, and packaging strategy in collaboration with business leadership.

 

Key Requirements

Þ    Must-Have:

• 8–12 years of experience in product management, with at least 4+ years in a senior or lead role.
• Proven track record in delivering enterprise software or B2B SaaS products, preferably in surveillance, video analytics, AI, or cloud domains.
• Understanding of video surveillance and management technologies (such as cameras, streaming protocols, deployment architectures, hardware and storage dependencies etc.) and application of AI technologies and principles to business needs.
• Experience in defining and shipping platform-level features (modularity, APIs, integrations).
• Exceptional analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to present to executive leadership and customers.

v  Preferred:

• Technical background (B.E./B.Tech in Computer Science, ECE, or related fields); MBA is a plus.
