Primary Skills:

·       10+ years in IT Inside Sales and Business Development

·       4+ years of experience in handling a team of Inside sales resources.

·       Working experience in selling services for IT Microsoft Technologies, Python, OpenAI.

·       Capable enough to understand IT products like CRM or ERP and able to give a detailed demo to customer.

·       Drive & monitor the team in Cold calling, Appointment Scheduling, Lead generation & tracking.

·       Must have a good experience selling to Clients in the US market.

·       Must have good knowledge of US geography.

·       Should have experience working with tools like Linkedin Sales navigator, Zoom info, etc.

·       Very strong in activities and responsible for creating a strong pipeline of clients

·       Must have experience running Campaigns like Call Campaigns, Email Campaigns, etc.

·       Should have experience working with internal teams like Marketing to run campaigns in Social Media, Events, Webinars, etc.,

·       Proficient in Database creation and management & reporting tools.

·       Familiar with MS Outlook, MS Word and MS Excel.
