About the Role
We are seeking a seasoned Client Solutions Specialist to act
as the strategic bridge between our clients’ evolving needs and our internal
capabilities. This is a high-impact, consultative role focused on crafting
value-driven solutions, deepening client engagement, and unlocking growth
opportunities across global accounts.
Key Responsibilities
● Client Discovery & Solutioning: Engage with clients
post-initial outreach to extract business challenges, shape conversations, and
craft tailored digital and AI-led solutions.
● Presentation & Storytelling: Build compelling,
insight-driven client decks that align internal strengths with external
needs—independently and in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
● Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with design,
tech, and content teams to create cohesive proposals and solution narratives.
● Strategic Account Support: Act as a trusted advisor,
helping grow existing accounts by identifying white spaces, use cases, and
transformation levers.
● Industry Analysis: Understand client industries via annual
reports, investor presentations, and trend analysis to frame relevant
recommendations.
● Client Relationship Management: Build rapport, offer fresh
perspectives, and support decision-making without a hard-sell approach.
● Internal–External Mapping: Balance a strong outside-in
understanding of client environments with an inside-out knowledge of our
solution toolkit.
Core Requirements
● 12–15 years of experience in IT Services (not product
companies), preferably with international exposure.
● Proven track record in solutioning, pre-sales, or client
consulting roles.
● Strong understanding of AI-led transformation, digital
engineering, and emerging tech.
● Demonstrated ability to convert abstract client pain
points into actionable solution narratives.
● Excellent presentation, communication, and storytelling
skills.
● Comfortable working in a impact-driven role focused on
account growth
