Desired candidate should
be managing the business size of USD 150 to 200mn and having experience in aerospace, Semiconductors, structural

Duties and Responsibilities
- Responsible
for the Group’s full spectrum of accounting and finance activities
including financial and management reporting, treasury, compliance,
taxation and budgeting, funding and forecasting.
- Work
closely with the Chairman and CEO in a reporting and advisory capacity on
the Group’s performance
- Oversee
audit, tax and corporate secretarial matters for all companies in the Group.
- Ensure
timely compliance to all statutory, accounting, tax reporting and
disclosure requirements.
- Oversee
treasury function and manage cash flow, treasury, and investment activities.
- Advise
on tax planning and lead on all tax related matters.
- Advice
on financial system improvements and make recommendations.
- Review
current internal controls and suggest process improvements to strength the
control processes.
- Work
closely with the senior management team in corporate transactions such as
acquisitions, divestments, funding, etc
- Lead
and develop a team of finance professionals.
- Other
ad-hoc duties/ projects as assigned.
- Lead &/ assist with
multiple Finance /IT project management.
- Assume the role of Project
Manager Lead role for a new enterprise-wide Budgeting and Forecasting
project.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s
degree in accountancy or other professional accounting qualifications
- Professional
certification (Chartered Accountant / Certified Public Accountant) is necessary.
- At
least 15 years of experience in broad range of finance and accounting
activities within a large organization with overseas subsidiaries, and
having held senior appointments as Financial Controller or Finance
Director
- Experience
with listed companies is preferred.
- Prior
experience or knowledge in the shipping or logistics industry an added
advantage although not necessary
- Excellent
interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong
leadership and problem-solving skills
- Energy
and desire to succeed, pushes self and others to deliver exceptional results.
- Possess
Project management experience in upskilling organizational workforce,
process and strategic improvements and IT system implementation.
- Proven
track record in global projects implementation will be an added advantage.
- Extensive
experience with financial software and Finance processes, possess the
skills to re-think, re-imagine and provide strategic direction on
leveraging technologies (both third-party party & / in-house built
software) to innovate &/ automate core financial processes.
