Position Description
Organisation’s Cloud Sales
Specialist- is responsible for securing the Cloud Services business.
Responsibilities
- Selling the full suite of Organisation’s
Cloud Services portfolio as an overlay, in collaboration with Organisation’s
regional sales teams.
- Upselling and cross-selling
Organisation’s Cloud Services portfolio to existing Organisation accounts.
- Prospecting Organisation’s
Cloud Services portfolio for new accounts across all verticals.
- Developing and nurturing a
network of high-quality active channel partners and resellers of Organisation’s
Cloud Services portfolio, and servicing as “trusted vendor partner” with
them to hunt and close new business.
- Managing relationships with
the key accounts of Organisation’s Cloud Services portfolio in order to
maintain a strong relationship with Organisation and keep them constantly
apprised of Organisation capabilities.
- Forming successful
relationships with the Organisation’s sales teams to build opportunities
and grow business.
- Working within Organisation
guidelines to negotiate appropriate pricing, service level, and legal
terms with prospect customers.
- Developing a network within
Organisation to maximize the value of existing resources and knowledge to
drive business development.
- Ensuring clean handoff from pre-sales to
appropriate service delivery resources.
- Complying with Organisation's standards
and policies related to documentation, reporting, travel, and related
administrative activities
Requirements
· 4+ years direct sales experience in multiple verticals
like e-commerce, Gaming, Born in the Cloud Companies & Commercial Accounts.
- Skill set should be related
to one or more of the following:
- Fair Understanding of
IaaS, PaaS & SaaS
- Fair Understanding of
Public Cloud Provider (AWS, Azure, GCP) Terminologies
- Cyber Security Know how
& Experience selling the same
- Self Starter, Motivated and
Must work well in a team environment, with matrix responsibilities and
multiple resources.
