Desired qualifications

Regular (non-distance learning degree) MBA/MCA/M. Tech & B.

Tech/B.E. from a reputed institute having at least 10 years of overall

experience in the capacity of Project Director/ Program Manager in Large

ICT/ Command and Control Centre

Job Description (skill set required)

L4 Level Experience - Surveillance Industry is preferable

1. Expertise in Project Management principles: preferably PMP/ SCRUM Certified. Must do careful planning, detailed documentation, and consecutive execution.

2. Establish and maintain processes to manage scope over the project life cycle, setting project quality and performance standards, and assessing and managing the risks within and across multiple projects

3. Develop and maintain partnership with outside resources including third party vendors and researches.

4. Report project outcomes and/or to appropriate management channels as needed - escalating the issues as necessary based on project work plans.

5. Demonstrate experience in managing projects with cross functional teams, successful implementation of new processes and practices.

6. Technically hands on Experience in handling, design, and execution of City Surveillance Projects; Command and Control projects

7. Technically hands on Experience of setting up of Data Centers and functioning of Cloud.

8. Strong conflict management and systematic problem solving skills.

9. Knowledge of IT Hardwares / Softwares / Data center / Networking / AV & IT
