Regular (non-distance learning degree) MCA/M. Tech/B. Tech/B.E. having more than 10 years of overall experience and more than 5 years of Data Centre experience


Job Description (skill set required)

 

 

L3 Level Experience - Surveillance Industry is preferable- CCNA Certified preferable

 

1. Hardware - servers, storage, network, and software installation and configuration

2. Manage remote and onsite support hardware maintenance activities

3. New hardware / software testing and tool managing

4. Linux, Windows, VMWare OS troubleshooting

5. Networking layer maintenance and troubleshooting

6. Functional and testing knowledge of End-to-End  testing; Comfortable using UNIX Shells, Linux, API testing

7. Knowledge of Storage and Servers

8. Cisco and other network experience is preferred.

9. L3 level of incidence trouble shooting of high ticket OEMs hardwares, HP, Microsoft, Dell,  Avaya
