Role Overview

As a CEO, you will be a key member of the cybersecurity investigations team: intimately familiar with the practice’s customer support objectives and responsible for designing, managing, and performing substantive threat discovery and analysis activities while conveying your results to internal and external customers.

Responsibilities

  • Help lead and grow the Technology and Cyber Investigations consulting practice and team to support private and commercial clients across a variety of industries
  • Lead, manage, and supervise the personnel that comprise the Cyber Threat Intelligence team
  • Actively lead, manage, and provide executive-level oversight on projects
  • Utilize professional and personal network to identify new opportunities
  • Participate in externally-facing events (conferences, webinars, etc…) representing Organisation and the Practice to increase market awareness
  • Work collaboratively with others in the practice and elsewhere in the firm on various initiatives.
  • Participate in business development by building relationships with current and future clients and working with business development professionals

  • Applying analytical expertise, initiative, and innovative solutions to support complex issues to include: incident response, investigations, pursuit, and mitigation services
  • Maintaining detailed records both paper and digital that document and report investigative activities and results
  • Supervising the use and employment of complex analytical tools, processes, and procedures that enable operations and investigative activities
  • Preparing products for internal and external customers that detail project activity, scope, and findings

 

Desired Profile:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in a business or technology-related field
  • 10+ years of experience working in the field of intelligence analysis and cyber threat analytics with an emphasis on sophisticated criminals and nation state actors/groups
  • Working knowledge of host-based collection agents and investigative tool suites, particularly Splunk, Domain Tools-Iris, and Maltego
  • Experience fusing open source collections with investigative results

About the role:

 

  • Organisation provides strategic consulting, solution development, integration and deployment services to our customers through its Professional Services (PS) organization.
  • The PS Solution Architect is responsible for working with Business Development Managers (BDM) and Sales to drive overall customer solution adoption across the PS practices. By defining the problem from the customer’s perspective the Solution Architect provides customer-facing technical leadership, almost as an evangelist, to correctly assess scopes of work, technical and resource requirements, and implement standard solutions in conjunction with the Project Management Office (PMO).

 

Key duties and responsibilities include:

 

This is a technical role in the PS Theatre team, reporting directly to the Solutions Director APAC located in Singapore/Australia. Specific Responsibilities include:

  • Provides state-of-the-art innovative and multifunctional techniques for solution implementation propositions.
  • Work with Account teams to enable the promotion of the latest and greatest technologies and solutions as well as customer interest in standard PS offers.
  • Collaborate with customers, Sales/System Engineers (SE), Services Business Managers (SBM), and/ or PS Business Development Manager (BDM) to understand customer use cases and desired outcomes to enable proper positioning of PS offers.
  • Provide consulting on multiple PS offers to create solutions for customers.
  • Collaborate with the customer on their existing architecture and find ways to best integrate Juniper solutions.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with the customer's technical management and teams.
  • In collaboration with PS BDM and PMO, properly scope customer engagements, including development of Level of Effort (LOE) estimates, resource requirements, and proposed project timelines.
  • Participate in development of PS offer roadmaps to ensure alignment with customer and market.
  • Work with Services Marketing, PS Practice Architects, and Channel Partner management to drive and support the development and launch of new service offerings.

Role Requirements

  • Has experience of large-scale solution delivery to Service Provider and/or Enterprise customers.
  • Has experience in the construction and architecture of virtualized solutions such as NFV, SDN controllers and overarching orchestration platforms.
  • Good general understanding of Security as an integral part of any solution.
  • Has experience with complex solutions architectures that involve software development (using APIs) and or modification as a means of completing the solution.
  • Has Professional Services consulting and business consulting experience, including conflict management and hands-on experience delivering technical projects.
  • Has strong technical background and competences on relevant technologies and strong Architectural background including plan, design, and implement phases and best practices

Position Purpose the Manager Legal and Compliance is responsible for helping the ORGANISATION team with providing high quality, timely and cost-effective legal services. This requires a hands-on, can-do approach to partner with and advise the ORGANISATION business to support and advise across:

 

(a) Commercial and contract law; communications law, mergers, and acquisitions; regulatory; dispute resolution; privacy; IT; procurement; intellectual property; and competition law.

(b) Compliance, risk management and corporate governance. The role will be a trusted advisor to ORGANISATION & group company teams and ensure that they operate in accordance with law, regulation, policy, and the best interests of stakeholders including customers and shareholders.

 

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Deliver high quality, commercially focused legal services to ORGANISATION.

• Function as a proactive member of the legal team, advise other team members on business decisions from a legal perspective.

• Resolve legal issues relating to ORGANISATION and group companies’ operations in the specified region, which may cover different aspects of commercial, regulatory, litigation, compliance, IP, and transactional matters

• Provide ongoing support to business teams in drafting, negotiating a variety of complex sales and service agreements, RFPs/RFQs/ Tender issues with customers as well as vendors.
