About the Role:

As a Senior Delivery Manager for AI/ML at Organisation, you will play a pivotal role in driving our artificial intelligence and machine learning initiatives to new heights. Your expertise in AI /ML & Gen-AI will be instrumental in our mission towards our customer centricity.

Key Skills/ Competencies:

·       Computer Vision, NLP, Gen-AI & Large Language Models, Neural Network Models,

·       Thorough understanding of building end to end solutions & ability to nurture / maintain a client relationship.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Hands on Experience: Python, Cloud environment [ Azure or AWS], Data Engineering, Deployment of models, Understanding of LLM, Gen-AI, At least 4 years’ experience in developing and deploying models in Cloud or on-premise environment. Good to have knowledge working on really large
  • Project Management and Delivery: Lead and manage complex AI/ML projects from conception to completion. Ensure timely delivery while maintaining the highest standards of quality and innovation. This role may require travel to onsite client location within and outside India.
  • Team Leadership: Build, mentor, and lead a team of AI/ML professionals. Encourage a culture of continuous learning and development.
  • Solution Development: Oversee the development of advanced analytics and machine learning solutions. Ensure solutions are scalable, sustainable, and meet client needs.
  • Client Interaction: Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and provide bespoke AI/ML solutions. Maintain strong client relationships and ensure client satisfaction. Interact with Global customers and stake holders to be able to create a solution cater to their requirement.
  • Innovation and Research: Stay abreast of the latest trends in AI/ML, advanced analytics, and data engineering. Drive innovation within the team by exploring new tools and methodologies. Ability to expand beyond the above mentioned skill set and learn new areas of evolution – on edge deployments, IOT based analytics etc
  • Startup Environment Expertise: Leverage previous experience in startup environments to navigate and excel in a fast-paced, dynamic setting. Encourage agility and flexibility in project management and execution.

 

Qualifications:

  • Strong background as a Full stack AI professional & ability to with cross cultural teams.
  • Prior experience working in a startup environment, with the ability to adapt quickly to changing needs and priorities.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills.
  • Strong communication and client relationship skills.
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, AI, ML, or a related field.
