2. Accompany sales team members on Customer calls

3. Understand the requirements of customers and work out BOQs along with conceptual SLD’s or schematics.

4. Explain the requirements to Design team to enable them to prepare proposals

5. Explain proposals to sales team members and forward it to customers.

6. Accompany sales team and assist them in explaining proposals to customers.

7. Provide advise to customers on the advantages/disadvantages of a particular product.

8. Assist Project team, where required, in working out project schedule

● Develop a growth strategy that is focused on both financial gain and customer satisfaction.

● Understanding customer business processes, technology needs, business issues and developing a client solution to meet those needs.

● The position entails direct sales of Audio-Visual System Integration projects and services such as Data Centre, Network and Security, Audio Visual and Collaboration, End-User Services, Information Management to clients.

● Effective coordination with technical sales resources to deliver comprehensive solutions that meet the customer's business needs.

● Key duties involve proposing solutions to meet customer needs, as well as leveraging sales and technical expertise to develop successful sales strategies, often in collaboration with partners

● Mapping of existing accounts and developing new accounts.

● Generating leads for funnel of audio-visual solution sales.

KRA:-

 

 

·      Responsible for the respective allocated sub-categories/ geography/ vendor groups

 

·      Deep-dive into the manufacturer side of the story- understand various drivers of cost and performance viz. capacity utilization, production cost, overheads, logistics, etc. to determine price compressibility.

 

·      Front end entire RFQ and negotiation process with suppliers

 

·      Execute necessary agreements, and pricing frameworks, including their renewals, and re-negotiations from time to time.

 

·      Administer agreements. Ensure performance to agreement by respective parties.

 

·      Monitor vendor performance and seek corrective actions as required.
