talented, bright, and visionary person who can lead the training &
certification program. The person would be practically leading “Oraganisation
Academy” initiative.
We are looking for a customer-obsessed,
detail-oriented person with experience in leading training & certification
initiatives of a software product company, by way of designing training &
certification programs for customers, channel partners, sales & business
development teams (internal & external).
Key job responsibilities
· This position will be responsible for developing various product
training certification programs both online as well as classroom based.
· Develop course contents.
· Develop certification levels.
· Delivery of trainings.
· Work with Product Management to prioritize and deliver on the curriculum
roadmap.
· Communicate with the Marketing, Engineering, and Sales teams regarding
project status and timelines.
· Accelerate the shift to a rapid content development strategy by
leveraging agile development methods.
· Meeting training & certifications related KPIs.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's
degree or equivalent technical industry work experience. Ideal areas of
study include Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering.
- 10+ years in program
management, product management, training & skill enhancement
functions.
- 5+ years in
project, program, or product management with focus on technical education
programs including course development or instructional design with a
software technology company.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Excellent
written and verbal communication skills - ability to communicate across an
organization (up, down, sideways) at the appropriate level and frequency
- Demonstrated
ability to define, influence, refine, and implement processes, procedures,
and policies.
- Experience
designing, developing, and delivering instructional materials for
technical content.
- Excellent
organizational and project management skills.
- Knowledge
and/or hands-on experience with a software technology product company.
- Ability to
initiate new programs, obtain senior management buy-in and support.
