Title: Pre Sales Manager  

Location: Bangalore/NCR & Mumbai


Role Overview:

As a Solution Architect, you will be responsible for understanding the customer requirements and architects the solutions to drive technical engagement with customers and partners. You will play a critical role in positioning Organisation solutions, designing winning proposals, and ensuring seamless deployment in collaboration with the sales, product, and R&D teams.

 

Key Responsibilities:

        Pre-Sales Leadership & Strategy:

                Develop and execute a pre-sales strategy to support business growth.

                Lead customer & partner engagement for assigned territory, ensuring alignment with sales and product teams.

                Engage with key stakeholders to understand market needs and translate them into technical solutions.

        Solution Architecture & Technical Consultation:

                Design and propose technical solutions tailored to customer requirements.

                Conduct product demonstrations, proof of concepts (PoCs), and workshops.

                Work closely with the sales team to create compelling value propositions for customers.

        Customer Engagement & Relationship Management:

                Build strong relationships with customers, partners, and system integrators.

                Provide deep technical expertise to support sales pitches, RFPs, and tenders.

                Address customer concerns and technical objections effectively.

 

        Collaboration & Enablement:

                Act as a bridge between sales, product management, and engineering teams.

                Provide insights to the product team for future enhancements based on customer feedback.

                Train internal teams and partners on Organisation solutions and industry trends.

        Industry & Technology Expertise:

                Stay updated on industry trends, competitive landscapes, and emerging technologies.

                Represent Organisation at industry events, webinars, and trade shows.

                Drive innovation by exploring new use cases and solution improvements.

 Key Requirements:

        Technical Skills & Experience:

o   8-12 years of experience in pre-sales, solutions engineering, or technical consulting with a leading OEM in technology space. Preferably in video management, video analytics, AI, surveillance, or security solutions.

o   Strong knowledge of Video, AI, IoT, and cloud-based security solutions.

o   Experience in designing large-scale solutions for large enterprise and/or public sector customers

o   Expertise in network infrastructure, video streaming, edge computing, and storage solutions.

         Soft Skills:

o   Strong presentation, negotiation, and communication skills.

o   Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects.

o   Hands-on experience in video computing, Ai or relevant industry solution/product is preferred.

         Education & Certifications:

o   Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Electronics, or a related field.

o   Industry certifications in video security, AI, cloud computing, or networking are a plus
