Monitoring, e-Surveillance, Robotics Process Automation and Operation Center as
a service platform. The platform currently connecting 30K+ remote locations,
3Mn+ devices, handling 3Mn+events per day and serving 4K+ pin codes across
various regions. With an experience of over a decade and a highly passionate
team of 170+ members, Organisation is a leading SaaS provider in BFSI, Supply
Chain, Logistics & Retail segments. The platform includes cutting-edge
applications such as centralised video monitoring, AI video analytics, access
control, integrated operation center powered by robotics process automation,
built in SoP creation and dispatch capabilities. The software platform is
offered as a service and it is cloud-ready, cloud-agnostic to ensure it is
scalable and interoperable.
Organisation is looking for a Sr
Solution Architect / Pre-Sales member of its growing team. The role contributes
to the business by being responsible for the technical aspects of the sales
cycle, transmitting knowledge and information about Organisation Products &
Solutions to its partners, consultants & end users. As holder of the
position, he/she will be responsible for providing presales & technical
consulting support to partners/end users etc.
This involves preparing response
to enquiries/RFPs/RFIs, providing proof of concepts/demos and engaging with
partners & customers for designing the optimum solutions.
More specifically the work will involve but not be limited to
the below:
· At
all-time support and work in close conjunction with sales team.
· Making
customers visits together with sales team, conducting technical workshops,
advising best solution & architecture, product demonstrations & PoCs
etc.
·
Supporting the sales organization in tender and RFP/RFQ process and answering
project related questions.
·
Continuously keep the technical knowledge up to date on the latest products · Work
with the central product organization and develop written pre-sales material of
technical nature.
· Helping
sales organization & partners to increase knowledge about Organisation
product portfolio.
·
Conducting partner trainings/solution seminars etc. to increase awareness &
knowledge transfer.
·
Follow-up on set KPI's related to the function and offer a contribution to
reach the target.
Required qualifications: -
1. Engineering graduate (BE/BTECH) in computer
science/equivalent
2. Minimum 10 years+ of experience in pre-sales/solution
designing/product support for similar products.
3. Minimum experience of 6 years in designing cloud-based SaaS
products & solutions.
4. Extensive knowledge of cloud technologies.
5. Experience in Video Security & Surveillance Industry
will be an added advantage.
