Brief:

 

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Developer Team Lead to join our dynamic and growing team. In this pivotal role, you will lead and inspire a team of talented developers, oversee the development of complex applications and websites, and ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget. You will be an adept and hands-on developer, capable of diving into the code and contributing directly to project success.

 

Qualifications:

 

•   Experience: Minimum 5+ years as a developer with a proven track record of successful project delivery.

•   Technical Skills:

◦                     Backend Development: Proficient in PHP and database management systems such as MySQL and MongoDB.

◦                     Version Control and CI/CD: Strong experience with version control systems (Git, GitHub) and continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) practices.

◦                     Web Development: Expertise in developing web solutions using WordPress, Drupal, and PHP implementations.

◦                     Headless CMS: Experience with headless CMS systems.

◦                     Frontend Development: Advanced skills in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript frameworks like React.

◦                     Emerging Technologies: Knowledge or experience in RAG Pipeline, Vector Database Management, LangChain, Python, and OpenAI will be a plus.

•   Soft Skills: Excellent communication, collaboration, and leadership abilities. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

◦                     Promote a positive and collaborative team environment, encouraging open communication and knowledge sharing.

 

•   Technical Direction:

◦                     Drive the technical vision and direction for web projects, ensuring alignment with business goals and objectives.

◦                     Architect and develop high-quality, secure, and scalable applications and websites using modern technologies and best practices.

 

•   Project Management:

◦                     Collaborate with stakeholders, designers, and project managers to gather requirements, define project scope, and ensure successful project delivery.

◦                     Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources effectively to meet deadlines and deliver within budget.

 

•   Code Quality:

◦                     Conduct thorough code reviews, identify and resolve technical issues, and ensure continuous improvement of code quality.

◦                     Implement and maintain coding standards and development best practices across the team.

 

•   Continuous Learning:

◦                     Stay up-to-date with the latest web development trends, technologies, and best practices.

◦                     Encourage and facilitate ongoing learning and development within the team.
