Brief:

 

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Developer Team Lead to join our dynamic and growing team. In this pivotal role, you will lead and inspire a team of talented developers, oversee the development of complex applications and websites, and ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget. You will be an adept and hands-on developer, capable of diving into the code and contributing directly to project success.

 

Qualifications:

 

   Experience: Minimum 5+ years as a developer with a proven track record of successful project delivery.

   Technical Skills:

                     Backend Development: Proficient in PHP and database management systems such as MySQL and MongoDB.

                     Version Control and CI/CD: Strong experience with version control systems (Git, GitHub) and continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) practices.

                     Web Development: Expertise in developing web solutions using WordPress, Drupal, and PHP implementations.

                     Headless CMS: Experience with headless CMS systems.

                     Frontend Development: Advanced skills in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript frameworks like React.

                     Emerging Technologies: Knowledge or experience in RAG Pipeline, Vector Database Management, LangChain, Python, and OpenAI will be a plus.

   Soft Skills: Excellent communication, collaboration, and leadership abilities. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

 

Responsibilities:

 

   Team Leadership:

                     Lead, mentor, and manage a team of web developers, assigning tasks, delegating effectively, and fostering professional growth.

                     Promote a positive and collaborative team environment, encouraging open communication and knowledge sharing.

 

   Technical Direction:

                     Drive the technical vision and direction for web projects, ensuring alignment with business goals and objectives.

                     Architect and develop high-quality, secure, and scalable applications and websites using modern technologies and best practices.

 

   Project Management:

                     Collaborate with stakeholders, designers, and project managers to gather requirements, define project scope, and ensure successful project delivery.

                     Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources effectively to meet deadlines and deliver within budget.

 

   Code Quality:

                     Conduct thorough code reviews, identify and resolve technical issues, and ensure continuous improvement of code quality.

                     Implement and maintain coding standards and development best practices across the team.

 

   Continuous Learning:

                     Stay up-to-date with the latest web development trends, technologies, and best practices.

                     Encourage and facilitate ongoing learning and development within the team.
