About the Role: As a
Program Manager in the Founder's Office, you will be at the heart of our
operations, working closely with the leadership team to ensure the seamless
execution of day-to-day activities. This role offers a unique opportunity for a
young and dynamic professional to gain a comprehensive understanding of the
real estate industry while learning directly from our visionary Founder.
Responsibilities:
Operational
Management:

Manage day-to-day operations for the Founder, including calendar management,
document preparation, and general administrative support.
●
Act as a key point of contact for the Founder, ensuring timely follow-ups and
efficient communication.
Project and Program
Management:
●
Drive key projects by collaborating with Business Heads and CXOs, ensuring
alignment with strategic objectives.
●
Provide a birds-eye view of the real estate industry by actively participating
in and overseeing various projects. Collaboration and Communication:
●
Work closely with other Business Heads and CXOs to facilitate communication and
coordination.
●
Schedule and organize meetings, ensuring that agendas are followed, and action
items are tracked. Start-up Environment:

Contribute to building and nurturing a young, vibrant team.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree,
preferably from a reputed business school. 2-3 years of professional
experience, with a focus on program or project management. Proven experience
working closely with leadership or founding teams. Strong organizational and
multitasking skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability
to thrive in a start-up environment, adapting to changing priorities.
