Location: Bangalore at Current WFH   


Job Description

Requirements:

1. Experience in customer facing roles and ability to lead deep architecture discussions with enterprise architects, IT management and senior customer executives

2. Ability to understand complex business problems and requirements and provide innovative, practical technical solutions to meet business needs

3. Hands on experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP (Google Cloud Platform)

4. In-depth knowledge across all application tiers, including full stack

5. In depth knowledge of mobile, web and application integration services

6. Experience building secure, high performing compliant applications

7. Up to date with latest technologies with a solid understanding of the application of technology stacks based on pros and cons

8. Ability to articulate and support technical decisions in the context of business needs

9. 18+ years of experience with 8+ years in Java and related technologies

10. Experience with Continuous Deployment/Continuous integration (CI/CD) environments

11. Experience in US Healthcare domain a plus

12. B1 visa preferred

13. Excellent communication skills

 

 

Responsibilities

 

1. Build deep technical relationships with clients and prospects based on a clear understanding of their business and demonstration of technical acumen

2. Be a part of the pre-sales team and work towards providing technology solutions and roadmap

3. Provide work estimates based on proposed solutions

4. Translate technology solutions to high level and low level designs

5. Manage and guide development teams to build applications based on technology solution and architecture

6. Drive quality in every aspect of the solution design and development

7. Effectively communicate technology strategies & trade-offs from clients to developers

8. Create frameworks & solutions to promote re-usability, consistency and efficiency

9. Guide development teams toward a common methodology
