Job Summary: Responsible for developing customer solutions, based on understanding customer needs, and aligning those needs with product offerings. Plays a key role in the end-to-end sales cycle and supports the sales team with the required product information, proposal building, acting as a technical expert and liaising with key stakeholders.

 

Job Description:

  • Plan sales strategies, positioning in contrast to competitors and demonstration of company offerings.
  • Engage with the customers and interpret and assess their needs.
  • Proactively scope the products and solutions required to address customer needs and recommend solutions that optimize value for both customer and business.
  • Coordinate closely with sales, sales support, and technical teams to align solution design with customer requirements.
  • Work with sales to technically qualify opportunities by making recommendations on solution, feasibility, scope of work (SOW), expected timelines and associated risks.
  • Create responses to proposals/bids/tenders/RFIs/RFPs/EOIs
  • Give product demonstrations and deliver proof of concepts.
  • Create sales pitches and present the pitches to the decision makers of a particular campaign.
  • Collaborate with marketing team to ensure sales pitches are aligned with marketing campaigns and participate in lead generating activities like tradeshows, expos, company events etc.
  • Create and refresh company collaterals, presentations and documents to communicate key aspects and benefits of offerings to prospects, customers and partners.
  • Provide product knowledge support and training.

 

Required Skills: 

  • BE/BTech with at least 5- 9 years prior experience in IT Pre-Sales preferably product companies
  • Extensive experience handling RFPs/Proposals/Bids end to end; interfacing with the various SMEs as required during the proposal life cycle.
  • Prior experience in working on large government tenders is a plus.
  • Ability to own and lead proposals and manage the proposal response process.
  • Ability to work on multiple proposals simultaneously.
  • Experience in IPv4 and IPv6 networks
  • Strong knowledge of networking & protocols
  • Meticulous attention to detail and forensic approach to challenges
  • Solid understanding of technology and strong product knowledge in relevant domain
  • Deep knowledge and understanding of the industry trends and relationships in the domain.
  • Ability to use logic and reasoning to identify the strengths and weaknesses of IT systems.
  • Ability to analyse and seek vulnerabilities in IT infrastructures.
  • Experience in Security Policy & Process frameworks
  • Knowledge of Log management tools/SIEM, Firewalls, IPS’s
  • Sound knowledge of Forensic Analysis & Incident Response
  • Demonstrable experience in developing client-focused, differentiated, and achievable solutions.
  • Proven ability to position products against competitors.
  • Ability to create presentations and collaterals.
  • Strong IT Skills and proficiency in MS Office; exposure to CRM tools, knowledge of hardware, software, and networks.
  • Excellent proposal writing skills, formatting skills and aesthetic sense and ability to improvise on the overall proposal content and filtering of content.

Job Summary:

 

This position will be responsible for both product planning and product marketing in the field of Cyber Situational Awareness. This includes managing the product throughout the Product Lifecycle, gathering and prioritizing product and customer requirements, defining the product vision, and working closely with engineering, to deliver winning products. It also includes working with sales, marketing, and support to ensure revenue and customer satisfaction goals are met. This position also entails ensuring that the product and marketing efforts support the company’s overall strategy and goals

Key Roles and Responsibilities:

 

  • Define the product strategy and roadmap.
  • Conduct research and make recommendations regarding next generation innovation in the field of Cyber Situational Awareness
  • Deliver MRDs and PRDs with prioritized features and corresponding justification.
  • Be an expert with respect to the competition.
  • Develop the core positioning and messaging for the product.
  • Help and Facilitate product demos to customers.
  • Define Product Pricing based on

o   Create battle cards for each competitor- USP and Differentiators (Comparative, Holistic and Unique)

o   Train the sales team on the value that we offer.

o   Prepare questions for the sales team to steer a meeting to unearth the value and create the differentiation.

  • Brief press and analysts
  • Technical Collaterals - implementation guides and architecture and sizing guides
  • Articulate the revenue stream for partners.
  • Facilitate training materials.

 

Skills and Experience:

  • Degree in Computer Science/ Engineering (Preferably with an MBA). An equivalent of the same in working experience is also acceptable for this position.
  • 15+ years of experience in technology including 4+ years of experience as a Cyber Security Product Manager
  • Have a deep knowledge of Cyber Security and Cyber Threats
  • Understand Cyber Situational Awareness

Job Description

Primary function is to accelerate the growth of sales in Defence, Intelligence, Law Enforcement and National Security accounts by achieving annual targets, building and growing key account relationships and understanding customer trends.

 

Key Roles and Responsibilities:

Sales:

  • Continuously meet /Overachieve sales plans from the assigned Territory or Accounts.
  • Responsible for Profitable revenue growth consistently year on year
  • Sell value and close Profitable business
  • Acquire new accounts that will turn into long-lasting relationships
  • New Opportunities from existing customers

    • Serve as the link of communication between key customers and internal teams
    •  Resolve any issues and problems faced by customers and deal with complaints to maintain trust

 

Channel:

    • Partner with Various Organisations and System Integrators to generate new sales opportunities
    • Leverage Channel to enhance coverage and provide support for closures
    • Form long lasting relationships with Partners
    • Work with Channel organisation to ensure training and development of the key resources in partner organisation.
    • Ensure we deliver value to the partner organisation and remain meaningful to them

Marketing:

    • Continuously keep an eye on competitor activities in the accounts and develop/change account plans based on the competitor intelligence and key persona in the accounts.
    • Work with Marketing to define and execute Marketing programmes- with clearly defined and measurable goals
    • Represent the company in various events

 

Requirements and Skills

·       Bachelor’s degree; preferably in business, computer science, marketing, or engineering

·       12 to 15 years in technical software sales; preferably cyber security &  enterprise software and/or related consulting services

·       Consistent Track record of Overachieving sales Quotas and plans

·       Worked upon and closed sales deals worth a million plus.

·       Connects and existing relationships with Large customers and partners ( System Integrators)

·       Strong communication and interpersonal skills with aptitude in building relationships with professionals of all organizational levels

·       Proven ability in working and leading virtual teams

·        Experience selling to C level and able to open doors with them

·       Strong  interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills

·       Possess high technical acumen with the ability to relate it with business value

·       Self-driven, with an ability to work with minimal supervision.
