Roles and Responsibilities of Plant Head/Production Head

·       Motivating the entire workforce to achieving the target and achieving entrusted target with respect to E&T Pillar activities.

·       Conformity of TS 16949, ISO 9001 & ISO 14001 standard 

·      Maintaining harmonious Industrial Relations

·       Establishing close relation with Union Leaders – External / Internal and formulate modes operandi to arrive Long Terms Settlement.

·       Monitoring contract labour deployment on daily basis also meeting the various provision of Contract Labour (R & A) Act. from time to time.

·       Cordial relationship with Govt. authorities.

·       Meeting Govt. authorities viz. from time to time to establish good

·       Creating image as Good Corporate Citizen

·       Executing manpower planning for Press Shop Operations and priority to production planning on daily / Weekly / Monthly basis.

·       Maintaining production targets and achieving them within defined timelines, cost and quality parameters

·       Optimum Utilization of Man, Machine and Materials to achieve desired production targets.

·       Responsible for overall Manufacturing Production, Quality in Plant & maintain Customer Satisfaction Ratios.

·       Responsible and Accountable for the analysis of all the line rejection, Customer rejection and prepare the action plans to improve.

·       Responsible for making Plant MIS which reflect the current trend as well as Responsible for achieving the future targets.

·       Responsible for process enhancement initiatives.

·       Able to manage Manpower for maximum utilization for production.

·       Responsible for IATF Audits and Inspection.

·       Smooth running of Factory in adherence to the legal & Statutory compliance 

·       Responsible & manage functions like Production, PPIC, Stores Technical services, Plant Engineering 

·       Ensure maintenance of all internal inventories, consumables, FG, Raw material.

·       Ensuring and monitoring hygienic conditions along with safety.

·       Responsible for ensuring Audit related compliances as WHO, GMP standards.

·       Should have lead plant operations for at least 7 to 10 years 

·       Excellent decision-making ability

·       Should be able to lead large team

·       Leadership and Communication skills should be good.

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent technical industry work experience. Ideal areas of study include Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering.
  • 10+ years in program management, product management, training & skill enhancement functions.
  • 5+ years in project, program, or product management with focus on technical education programs including course development or instructional design with a software technology company.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills - ability to communicate across an organization (up, down, sideways) at the appropriate level and frequency
  • Demonstrated ability to define, influence, refine, and implement processes, procedures, and policies.
  • Experience designing, developing, and delivering instructional materials for technical content.
  • Excellent organizational and project management skills.

Key Role:-

 

The Software Product Manager plays a key role in enabling Organisation software products and solutions strategy.

 

The role includes:-

·       Working closely with the software development & technology team on defining software requirements for one or more product lines.

·       Working in an agile software development environment and support the engineering team in researching user needs and developing software product requirements, user stories, and use cases.

·       Collaborate with engineering and external user interaction design teams to develop cohesive user interfaces for software products.

·       Provide input into functional specifications, early engineering builds, and run user acceptance testing to help shape the final product.

·       Contribute to product licensing, documentation, competitive analysis; go to market and pricing strategy to support the software revenue plan.
