Experience:

We are seeking an experienced and entrepreneurial Head of Projects to lead and manage the end-to-end lifecycle of our residential luxury villa projects. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a problem-solving mindset, and a track record of successfully driving projects to completion. Proficiency in Kannada and extensive experience in the luxury real estate sector are essential.

Qualification:

10-12yearsof experience in driving and overseeing residential luxury projects end-to-end.

Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think and act entrepreneurially.

Proven leadership abilities with a track record of motivating and leading teams to successful project completion.

Fluency in Kannada is essential.

A true operations expert with the ability to drive teams towards excellence and deliver high-quality results.

Extensive experience in the luxury real estate sector, particularly in residential villa projects.

 

Roles & Responsibilities:

Oversee the end-to-end lifecycle of one or multiple residential luxury villa projects, ensuring timely and efficient completion (project design and construction, schedule & monitoring, Budgets).

Motivate and lead project teams to achieve excellence, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.

Develop and implement strategic plans for project execution, aligning with the companys goals and objectives by building a strong project team & goal setting

Efficiently manage resources, including budgeting, scheduling, and allocation of materials and personnel (including managing project costs, schedule, and operations and achievement of financial closure for the project)

Engage with stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and suppliers, to ensure project requirements are met and expectations are exceeded Ensure the highest standards of quality and craftsmanship are maintained throughout the project lifecycle.

Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure project continuity and success.

Provide regular updates to senior management on project progress, highlighting key milestones, challenges, and solutions.
