HR Business Partner role in Hyderabad
Desired candidate:-
Should have
at least 15 years of overall HR experience
Should have
performed a senior HR role for the last 5 years.
Should be
capable of understanding the business and figuring out how HR can add value to
the organization
Should be
capable of interacting with senior business heads
Role will
involve working closely with a Business Unit, understanding their HR &
training needs and identifying ways to meet those needs.
We need a
hands-on person.
Someone who
has worked in a large IT company and handled at least 250-300 employees, can
handle training, employee motivation, rewards and recognition, understands
compensation and benefits etc. would be the ideal candidate.
